The watercolor on paper by artist Birger Sandzen's only child is initialed in pencil lower left front. The back side includes an original paper label of the period with title and the artist's full name.

American Legacy Gallery in Kansas City, Missouri worked with the artist Maragaret Sandzen Greenough in the dispersal of her father's estate. They also handled works by Ms. Greenough, accounting for the provenance of this work.

Roxbury is located in McPherson County, Kansas, near the center of the state.
Sight size measures 14.25 x 21.25 with a framed size of 23.25 x 30.25 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, very clean, intact, no visible stain, damage, repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame.
