The tubular steel rendition of a club chair with stitched leather belting and sling seat bears an original paper label for Knoll International New York on the underside of the seat and a foil sticker for Gavina on the frame. The stitching on one end of the back has given way.
Measures 28 x 31 x 28 inches.

Provenance: The estate of Morton and Estelle Sosland.In Kansas City, the Sosland family name is synonymous with both giving, and the arts. Of their many contributions to the community, 'The Soslands gave one of the nation's finest private collections of American Indian art to the Nelson-Atkins' museum (nelson-atkins.org).
