The highly figured pestle carved and hollowed from burl displays a nice, warm patina produced by age and is accompanied by a turned maple pestle.
Measures 10 x 2.5 and 7.5 x 5.75 inches.
Very good condition, noting a natural inclusion or age crack at the top rim of the mortar.
