The double serpentine case with inlaid barber pole high points is topped by a hinged lid of conforming design with banded inlays and slant top opening to the interior fitted with a platform cut to openings of various sizes and shapes for knives and other cutlery, a decorative pinwheel is inlaid inside the lid.
Measures 15 x 8.75 x 11.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting scattered minor splits, gaps and losses.
