395: NATIONAL CASH REGISTER MODEL 312 WITH SIGN

The fleur-de-lis pattern cast brass candy store cash register with original top sign capped by dolphins and lettered 'Amount Purchased' is signed THE NATIONAL CASH REGISTER CO. by brass placard with model number 312 and serial number 770787 for the year 1894.
Measures 20.75 x 10.25 x 16.25 inches.
Very good working condition throughout, noting that the support rod left side of the front cover that also activates a counter is missing, same with a missing thumb wheel from a counter and knob missing from the pop up button in the center. No other damage, repair or heavy wear. See the images.
