The lithograph published by Associated American Artists in an edition of 250 prints is signed by the artist in pencil below the image lower right and titled lower left by a different hand, listed as Fath catalog number 15.

Benton's comments in Fath read: Ozark mill scene, made from a drawing. The house is abandoned but the well is still usable. Many such Ozark farms have been abandoned and the land turned into pasture. In some areas the forest is returning.
Image measures 10 x 14.25, sheet is 12 x 16 with a framed size of 21 x 25.25 inches.
Very good condition noting some light toning across the upper margin, the complete sheet, not laid down, no other stain, damage or repair.
