144: A LATE 19TH C. ROYAL CROWN DERBY COVERED VASE

The pierced openwork finial on domed circular cover with interior signature, fluted top rim over acanthus leaf and foliate wreaths at the sloping neck, a frieze of enamel decoration over tapering body segmented in vertical bands of gold with graduating white enamel ovals interspersed with red vertical bands decorated in raised gold enamel vines, socle base raised on square foot with horizontal recess in red, signed again inside the base.
Measures 9.25 x 4 inches.
Very good condition. There are no issues of damage, repair or visible wear.
