After Raphael, the Madonna della Sedia is partially painted within an oval form in polychrome colors depicting the seated Madonna wearing a turban and fringed shawl as she holds the infant Christ in her lap, within a ribband wrapped berried laurel and reeded cast brass frame.
Measures 4 x 2-7/8 inches.
Very good condition, noting soiling and film over the image.
