A land grant on vellum issued to Michael Miller of Richland County, Ohio for 80 acres, signed by U.S. President Andrew Jackson and dated April 11, 1831.
Measures 9.75 x 15.75 inches.
Toning, a few small holes are present in the creases, ink is lightly faded, the seal is faded with the top third of it missing. Good condition commensurate with age.
