The illustrated document for Vzajemne Pojistovaci Banka (Insurance Bank 'Slavia'), 1907, Prague, insurance policy certificate, sepia gravure print on semi-gloss paper, issued to a Mrs. Mialda Markova in 1937, illustrated obverse by Alphonse Mucha for the Insurance Bank Slavia, signed in the image.
This same design was used on the firm's advertising posters, postcards, brochures, coin savings banks and publicity materials.
Sight size 16 x 10.75, frame measures 22.25 x 16.75 inches.
Apparently the condition is very good, clean, intact, no visible stain, no damage (visible fold lines), no repair, punctures or tears. This work has not been examined outside the frame.
