53: A PAIR GOOD FAUX MARBLE CARVED WOOD COLUMNS C. 1900

The gilt wood square capitals with incurvate sides each centered with fruiting foliate, above an volutes and acanthi, rising on a tapering faux-painted marble column and resting on a faux-painted circular base with short hexagonal socle. Each stands on a later square cast stand with paw feet.
Measures 88.5 x 17.5 x 17.5 inches.
