78: A SHENANDOAH VALLEY PIE SAFE IN OLD GREEN BLUE PAINT
Food or pie safe on legs attributed to an unknown Shenandoah Valley Virginia maker, the original overhanging top above two wood peg constructed doors having three punched tins each, the cabinet with three matching tins each side, all raised on four turned legs, elaborate Heart and Tulip pattern punched tins having folded edge held in place with iron tacks, poplar case with pine bottom board, original vertical slat back constructed with square nails, very good original dry painted surface.
Measures 49.5 x 16.75 x 39.5 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, good intact legs, light wear, replacement knob.
