221: ANAMOSA (IOWA) NAT'L BANK GILT WOOD LETTERED TRADE SIGN

The large impressive sign for the Anamosa National Bank, founded 1896, individual carved wood letters with gilding mounted on sanded ground pine in original dark blue green paint, molded wood frame, all original but for some gold retouch.
Measures 36 x 96 x 3.5 inches.
Very good, largely original, condition. There are no issues of damage or replacement, light wear and weathering in some areas, original dark green blue painted surfaces, the gilded portions estimated at 50% original or greater, minor splits and reinforcements to some letters.
