162: AN EVANS PLAYING CARD SUIT SHOOTING GALLERY TARGET SET

The nice, colorful set of iron four playing card suit knockdown targets popular in the early 20th century, but now rarely found, particularly in old paint.

Pictured on page 67 of Sellers' book (Figure 5.9). Illustrated on page 78 in an undated Evans catalog as part numbers 130 (heart); 131 (spade); 133 (diamond); and 132 (club). This is the only example the Tuckers have seen or heard of in their 30 years of collecting.
Measures 3.5 x 3 to 3.75 x 2.75 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear of the old park paint as shown.
