213: A 19TH C. SHAKER STYLE BERRY BUCKET IN OLD RED STAIN

The miniature pail constructed from wood staves joined by tongue-and-groove technique and bound in iron straps joined by forged rivets, the bail handle swivels in diamond-shaped metal mounts as seen on Shaker buckets.
Measures 4.5 x 5.25 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, surface loss and light oxidation on the bands, wear and irregularity at the rim.
