31: A PRIMITIVE RED AND WHITE UPRIGHT BARBER POLE C. 1900

The 55-inch tapering wood pole painted red and white and mounted on turned wood base in old blue paint. A note on the underside of the base confirms the period.
Measures 55 x 6 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear, toning and some age cracks.
