219: A 19TH C WALL MOUNT BARBER POLE WITH ORNATE IRON MOUNTS

The turned wood pole with unusual crown finial, ornate wrought iron mounts and unusual band of carved acanthus leaf decoration at the base of the red and white striped pole.
Measures 46 x 9.5 x 12 inches.
Good to very good condition, intact, old alligatored paint surface overall, some dry rot and loss at top finial.
