10: A VERY RARE POLLY'S POP 5¢ CREAM SODA ADVERTISING SIGN

The very rare green and silver letterpress technique lettered cardstock sign with green and red foil text, lithograph vignette of a parrot applied to the middle right, signed with an Embosograf watermark on the reverse, circa the second quarter of the 20th century.
Measures 14 x 11 inches.
Very good condition, noting toning and small scattered stains.
Provenance: Polly's Soda Pop was in business from 1923 to 1967 in Independence, Missouri. In 2016, Polly's Pop was resurrected and is located in the historic Independence Square.
