717: A GOOD ANSONIA STATUE CLOCK WITH CARTOGRAPHER

The seated spelter figure of a cartographer beside a clock tower with time and strike movement having double-sunk porcelain enamel dial centered by an exposed escapement within the chapter ring and Arabic numerals, signed on the dial and the movement, enameled iron platform raised on four paw feet.
Measures 14.5 x 17.5 x 7.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting considerable oxidation to the figure. The movement lacks a pendulum but is otherwise intact and presumably has the ability to run, no damage or repair.
