353: A PAIR LARGE EARLY 20TH C. CHINESE CHINOISERIE STANDS

The heavy slate top of each inset on outset frame with repeating gilt archaic-influence design over recessed waist upon a wide gilt decorated skirt upon four legs joined by a box stretcher at the floor, the whole of each decorated in silver and cold chinoiserie designs of prunus and insects.
Measure 36h x 34w x 23d.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges and wear to the hand painted gilt decoration.
