327: AN ART DECO ENAMELED GINGER JAR SIGNED FAURE LIMOGES

The fine French Art Deco enamel on copper ginger jar as a table lamp, the cover with purple ridges radiating form its center mounted in dark brown patinated bronze atop the tapering body with exuberant shaded scrolls having rows of rectangular cabochons of enamel, the lower portion with repeating pattern of stylized half flower heads layered behind whirling geometric designs, fine original base mounts and finial in patinated bronze, signed in black on the cover, the bronze base signed MAIBRUNN MADE IN FRANCE.
Jar measures approximately 14 x 9 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches, losses or areas of heavy wear.
