711: A LATE 19TH CENTURY PICTURE CLOCK WITH MUSIC

The chromolithography printed view of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament at night embellished in mother-of-pearl and set with a celluloid clock dial displayed in the original frame with brass mounts, period hanging chain, a pull string action activates the music box, circa 1890.
Measures 27.5 x 21 x 3 inches.
Very good condition, noting the obvious effects of age, use and exposure. The music box is in working condition, the working condition of the clock movement is not known. Some breaks and losses to the gilded plaster molding.
