48: A 19TH CENTURY BLUE DECORATED JUG SIGNED N. CLARK & CO

The New York stoneware jug of ovoid form with with tooled lip over thick freehand cobalt blue slip decoration of numeral 2 above stem and leaf, salt glaze, stamped N. CLARK & CO MOUNT MORRIS.
Measures 14 x 9.25 inches.
Very good condition, noting very, very minor bit of potential roughness to the lip and scattered firing pings. There are no other chips, cracks or repairs.
