The flat crest rail and sides joining curvilinear arms to the seat frame with scroll cut front rail, pegged construction overall including joining of the front cabriole legs, floating seat back of undulating outline overall.
Measures 39 x 76.5 x 27, seat height 20 inches.
Very good original condition, there are no issues of damage or repair, light wear at some edges.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
