23: AN ANTIQUE CAUCASIAN KARABAGH RUNNER CIRCA 1870s

The ivory field with offset rows of polychrome plants all framed within a serrated vine lattice and ivory border enclosing continuous rosette along with red and pale blue star flower head and diagonal bar borders.
Measures 120 x 47 inches.
Very good condition, heavy wear to the cords along one side in three places, intact original sides and ends, good even low pile with oxidized browns, a band of heavy wear, no pet stain, odor or hardened areas, dry and dusty with surface debris and dog odor.
