26: A SHASAVAN SOUMAK WEAVE BAG FACE CIRCA 1900

The blue field with a large octagonal coral layered medallion bordered by light coral and ivory serrated diagonal vines supported by lozenge adorned spandrels and an ivory border with continuous floral stars.
Measures 23 x 24 inches.
Very good condition, intact original sides and ends, good even pile, no pet stain, odor or hardened areas, one half-inch square hole near one end, dry and dusty with surface debris.
