29: A PERSIAN AREA RUG WITH MEDALLION CIRCA 1910

The red field with a central blue and ivory lobed floral medallion centered by a flower head and tipped in blue pendants, the field with meandering flowering vines and trees, pale blue spandrels and a dark blue border enclosing a pattern of continuous palmettes linked to flower heads by arabesques and vines.
Measures 84 x 53 inches.
Very good condition, intact original sides and ends, good even pile, no pet stain, odor or hardened areas. No damage or repair, dry and dusty with surface debris.
