309: TWO LATE 20TH CENTURY FIGURAL CARVED CATLINITE PIPES

The larger example with longer stem carved and painted in red and black has a catlinite bowl and stem with pewter inlay and a bas relief buffalo figure, the smaller boasts a rustic tree stump bowl and detailed figural beaver.
Measures 4.25 x 31 x 1 and 3.5 x 23.5 x 1 inches.
Very good condition. There are no chips, cracks, repairs, scratches or areas of heavy wear.
