125: EDWARDIAN SILVERPLATED INK STAND WITH BELL AND SANDER

The Neoclassical motifs include a Classical bust as handle for the central bell atop a campagna urn form stand on pedestal with paw foot scrolls between two receptacles with Adam style urn finials on their hinged covers - one for the glass ink pot and one for the glass sander- all on an oval platform with winged figures at each end and raised on legs with paw feet, no markings found.
Measures 10.5 x 13 x 8.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting a very slight angle to the uppermost bust form bell handle, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
