169: AN IMPRESSIVE 18TH C. DELFT VESSEL ATTR ALBERTUS KIELL

The large shaped oval form with mask handles either end and large genre scenes in panels on either side raised on scroll feet, marking underside of the base attributed to Albertus Kiell at the 'De Witte Starre' workshop, Delft, 1762-1774.
Measures 7 x 12 x 15.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting minor issues consistent with age, usage and material in the form of minor typical glaze losses and a factory line at the rim with glaze glaze effects suggesting it is an original flaw.
Provenance: The multi-generation collection of an early Kansas City family in the same home since 1962.
