120: DOULTON LAMBETH BISCUIT JAR SIGNED HANNAH BARLOW

Dated 1879, hand-carved pastoral scene of a child and sheep surround the body, hinged silver lid and handle, artist's initials 'BHB' for Hannah B Barlow and another artist 'RH' along with impressed factory and date marks under the base. Measures 8.25 inches to top of finial, 5.25 inch diameter, plus handle.
The silver is fully worn from the mounts to the base metal. No chips, cracks or repairs.
