Developed and manufactured by Jules Carpentier, additional retailer marks engraved between the oculars, 'The London Stereoscopic Co., 106 & 108 Regent St. W, The Binocular Camera.', an early "camera" with one eye piece for focus and the other being a guillotine shutter. Leather covered wood body and brass fittings. Measures 8.25 x 8.25 x 3.25 inches.
