154: A COLLECTION OF IRON SHOOTING GALLERY TARGETS

1) Green and White Knockdown Duck Target, a rare example of appealing form that is seldom seen and rarely available for purchase. Pictured on page 88 of Sellers' book (Figure 6.20).

2) White Knockdown Duck by unknown maker on substantial base making this difficult to knock over, untouched weathered white paint. Pictured on page 92 of Sellers' book (Figure 6.32).

3) Duck Knockdown Target by A.J. Smith, Chicago, IL. Common, this unpainted duck is among the most commonly found examples although most are not signed. This example is signed with the name of the manufacturer on the reverse. In excellent condition.
Measure 5, 6 and 6.5 inches, excluding the stand.
Very good condition throughout as shown, no damage, repair or heavy wear.
