70: A STEIFF DACHSHUND ON IRON WHEELS CIRCA BEFORE 1927

The plush dark brown mohair-covered figure with inquisitive expression punctuated by brown eyes with black centers and the drooping ears, dark brown stitching, leather collar, the original cast iron spoke wheels with faint traces of the original gold paint, button in the year dates to the period between 1909 and 1927.
Measures 10.5 x 16.5 inches.
Very good condition, noting considerable wear, no damage, repair, stain or odor.
