A bronze sculpture after Leon Bureau (1866-1906), a large standing figure on naturalistic rocky base, a large hare lays at the hound's front feet. Signed L. Bureau and inscribed Levrier Russe, French translation 'Russian greyhound', good original dark brown patina. Measures 12.5 x 19 x 4.5 inches overall.
